Peach Ice Cream Recipe
4 cups frozen peaches (pureed down to about 2 cups)
or
5 cups fresh peaches  (pureed down to about 2 cups)
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt

Slightly defrost the peaches and puree them. If you want some chunks, don’t puree completely. 

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and the sugar and mix in the peach puree. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Pour into your ice cream maker
and continue according to the Cuisinart ice cream maker’s instructions.
